Hi Reader, How's your Sunday going? We made pancakes for breakfast, I just finished watching church online (kids are still coughing so we stayed home), am going to start some laundry, purge an old file cabinet, finish my grocery list, and hopefully finish setting up my new planner. I received some nice reviews over the past week that I thought I'd share. ⨠Highly Rated Recipes"This turned out way better than I was expecting! Very tasty, although mine had more of a cracker vibe but thatās probably just because my tortillas were a little thicker. You can put whatever seasonings you want on these! I added some herbs along with the salt and it was quite good. I could imagine garlic would be really nice as well! Thanks for the recipe š" - Jay
"While cooking the smell was wonderful. Easy to make. Thank you for this recipe" - Lauren

"*chefās kiss* These are perfection. Thick, soft, chewy, but not too sweet ā perfectly balanced, even frosted. I did add the suggested 1/2 tsp of almond extract to the dough and frosting for that extra sugar cookie flavor. Highly recommend if you like that subtle āwhat is thatā flavor." - Meredith
