March was a whirlwind - it started with a work trip to New Orleans, had what felt like 500 appointments scattered throughout, Spring Break, and my daughter's 11th birthday party. I published 7 new recipes, my favorite being these blackened chicken tenders which last night, I added to fried rice and it turned out to be a great idea!
