TGIF, [FIRST NAME GOES HERE]!

Hi Reader,

Happy Friday!

I've been chained to my house this week while we have new windows installed, but I'm so excited for them. Just in time for it to jump from 60° to 87° 🥴 I better get a chance to feel a spring breeze before we turn the AC on!

What to Make this Weekend

In home news, Rosie turns 9 at the end of the month & we're headed to Chicago next week to visit the American Girl Doll store (before she's too old to care about it). Any recommendations while we're there? We've never been with the kids before.

p.s. Have you ever tried this tool before? I'm intrigued. I love that it's dishwasher safe and it looks like it would do a good job chopping & scooping.

Hi Reader- While I was in North Carolina, I got a delivery of some of my favorite frozen potatoes. We like to have fries as a side dish but I don't always feel like making them from scratch. It's hard to an organic option (made with avocado oil & not seed oils), so I was excited to find Roots! I originally got their sweet potato fries and "toast" (they're like slabs of potato & so good - perfect with a fried egg!) but now they have all kinds of wedges, tots, & fries. They can be a little...
