🍀 March Recipe Challenge Is Here

Hi Reader,

Happy MARCH 🍀

I'm switching up how I do my monthly challenges and opening it up to you, my email readers.

We’re bringing a little St. Patrick’s Day spirit to the kitchen this month — and I couldn’t decide between savory and sweet… so you don’t have to either. This time, you get to pick your adventure (or go all in and make both 😉).

Whether you’re craving cozy, slow-cooked comfort or a bright, festive dessert, we’ve got two perfectly March-approved recipes ready for you.

How to enter:

  1. Make the recipe. Choose Slow Cooker Corned Beef OR Pistachio Poke Cake (or both 🙂 — links below).
  2. Take a picture. Nothing fancy, just a quick pic.
  3. Show me! Post your photo in my group or email it to me directly at melissa@persnicketyplates.com.

That’s it!

Prize:
One entry will be randomly selected to win a $50 gift card to the retailer of your choice. 🎉

Enter anytime between now and 3/31/26. Open to everyone.

I cannot wait to see what you make — let’s make March delicious 💚

Let me know if you have any questions.

Good luck!

Hi Reader, Eating out can add up fast, but that doesn’t mean you have to give up the meals you love. There are certain dishes I used to order out for all the time until I figured out how to make them myself at home. Something about making it yourself just makes it taste better. Fresh ingredients, your own kitchen, and you can tweak them in exactly the way you like.
